PURPOSE:To change the functions in an inner circuit readily in an assembling process, by changing the operating functions in the inner circuit corresponding to the output of a level detecting circuit, wherein electrode pads for changing are connected to an input terminal, and which detects the potential level at the input teminal. CONSTITUTION:The electrode pads for changing P10-P30 are provided in the vicinity of electrode pads P1-P3 for power sources. The pads P10-P30 are commonly connected to the input terminal IN of the level detecting circuit 2 by a wiring 4. One of conducting wires W10-W30 to the pads P10-P30 is bonded in a wire bonding process. Thus the potential level at the input terminal is changed. A plurality of functions are provided in the inner circuit 1a in advance. One of the pulurality of the functions is selected by function changing circuit 3 which is operated in response to the output OUT of the circuit 2. |
