<p>Process for obtaining polymerized vaccines consisting in the polymerization between themselves, of antigenic proteins produced in a pathological process; the proteins to be polymerized have a molecular weight lower than 60 kilo-daltons (from 60 to 70 kilo-daltons) since they induce lymphocytic responses of the TH2 type (immunodepressors). The polymerization may be carried out by gradual synthesis, protein to protein, following the fundamentals of conventional processes for the synthesis of peptides, or by polycondensation (the election method) by means of alkylating agents, in restrictive concentration, with two activated groups capable of joining together two proteins by binding their two amino groups. The resulting polymers are selected (molecular weight between 100 and 200 kilo-daltons) by the column fractionation process with molecular sieves; the resulting selected polymers induce an antigenic response similar to the proteins forming them, but under control of the lymphocytes TH1 (immonunopotentiators).</p> |
