PURPOSE:In a gear tooth chamfering machine with a tool shaft perpendicular to a spindle attached with a geat workpiece, to enable easy tool-changing by alloning the tool shaft to make angular movement on a plane parallel to the spindle shaft plane and by providing a tool-head with plural tool-holders. CONSTITUTION:A driving source 5 gives pendulum motion around a tool shaft to tools 30 through link mechanisms 19, 23, 25, and 27. The tool 30, contained in the guide slot 38 of a tool-holder 35, is fixed to the tool-holder 35 by a tool retainer 36. Furthermore, the tool-holder 35 itself is fixed to a plate 37 by screws 34, but it is preferable that the tool-holder 35 is easily clamped or unclamped only making the tool-holder 35 to slide on the plate 37 so as to locate the screws 34, after slightly loosened without removing each time, at the large diameter portion of keyhole shaped through holes of the tool-holder 35. |
