PURPOSE:To obtain a silver solid secondary battery with uniform and stable low-temperature characteristics by sealing it at a constant thickness by the transfer molding method with thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:In a total solid secondary battery arranged with electrodes mixed with a silver ion conducting solid electrolyte expressed as 4AgI.Ag2WO4 and a composite oxide made of silver and vanadium oxide and expressed as AgxV2O5-r (0.6<=x<=0.8, (Y) is oxygen deficiency) on both sides of a silver ion conducting solid electrolyte layer, and the battery is sealed with thermosetting resin by the transfer molding method. Either of phenol resin, denatured phenol resin, epoxy, silicone resin and unsaturated polyester resin is used for the thermosetting resin. |
