PURPOSE:To obtain an insulated case for a push-button switch, in which the generation of a burr can be prevented while molds are manufactured easily and the molds are maintained simply, by a method wherein a hoop material, which which a fixed contact is brought into contact continuously, is held by both movable and fixed molds at the time of mold-closing, a resin is injected and molded, and then molds are opened, and the hoop material section is pushed and mold-released by a projecting pin formed to the movable mold. CONSTITUTION:The pilot hole 14a of a hoop material 14 is inserted with a pilot pin 20, a fixed mold 16 and a movable mold 17 are mold-closed, and a molten resin is injected into a cavity. When molds are opened and a projecting plate 27 is lifted, hoop-material projecting pins 25 are also moved upward, and hoop material 14 sections on both sides of a molded form 1 are pushed upward. Accordingly, the hoop material 14 is mold-released from the movable mold 17 together with the molded form 1. No burr is formed in the recess 2 of the molded form 1. |
