REMOTE CONTROLLER FOR PROJECTOR

PURPOSE:To attain direct item designation with quick and simple operation by projecting an adjustment menu onto a screen with a menu generator and shotting a desired item with a laser pistol for the adjustment. CONSTITUTION:A projector 2 projects a menu comprising plural items for adjustment onto a screen 6 based on a video signal from a picture generator 5 having a function as a menu generator and an optional item is selected among the items for the adjustment in the projector remote controller. A laser beam stimulated from a laser pistol 7 radiates a desired item and a radiating items position P is detected by an image pickup device 1 and a picture generator 5 makes relevant adjustment based on the output of the image pickup device 1.
