PURPOSE:To easily regulate the height and position of ceiling be a method in which a latticed ceiling base is held on a holder hung down from ceiling in a eight adjustable manner, and a fixing part to press the ceiling base and a positioning coupler are provided to the holder. CONSTITUTION:A truncated conical bowl-shaped fixing part 13 is temporarily attached through a stopper 18 to a hanging bolt 3 from the ceiling. A regulating ring 14a and a croos-shaped receiver 12 are held by a regulating metal 17 and the bolt 3 is screwed with nuts 17c. The ceiling base 4 is placed on the receiver 12 and a positioning projection 16 is fitted into a positioning notch 4a. After the base 4 is adjusted to a given height by turning the ring 14a, the fixing nut 15 is clamped to fix the base 4 by the part 13 and the ceiling panel is hung down from the downside. The height and position can thus be exactly and easily regulated.
