PURPOSE:To prevent adverse effect on communication without making the system complicated by dividing a talking channel, allocating the channel group to each radio zone repetitively one by one each and selecting an idle talking channel among talking channels in its group. CONSTITUTION:A talking channel is divided into plural channel groups 20, 30, 40 in which an intermodulation wave generated through the combination of optional talking channels in a group is not generated at least in a control channel. The channel group is assigned to each of radio zones 4, 5 in a repetitive utilizing form. Radio base stations 2, 3 select an idle talking channel among talking channels in an allocated channel group and designate the selected channel to a mobile radio equipment. As a result, even when mobile telephone sets 6-9 are close to each other in a radio zone, since the generated intermodulation wave is not at least coincident with a control channel, no disturbance is given to the connection.
