PURPOSE:To enable recording paper jamming to be safely simply removed by a method wherein a support component supporting an upper side guide component freely rotatably to a body is provided, and the upper side guide component is made capable of being opened and closed to a lower side guide component. CONSTITUTION:A delivery guide unit 50 is composed of a back face side support plate 52, a front face side support plate 62, and a delivery guide 27 provided freely rotatably centering a shaft 49 among them. The delivery guide 27 is composed of a guide fitting part 54, a delivery guide body 55, and a roller fitting part 56. In the case where jammed recording paper 2 is removed, an operation part 61a is slid to release locking by a detent 61b. Thereafter, when an edge part of a recording paper taking out door 42 is pulled upward to be rotated centering a fulcrum 40, a projection part 60 slides in a slit 41a of a link 41, and the delivery guide 27 pivots centering the shaft 49. Since the recording paper taking out door 42 is opened and besides the delivery guide 27 is also opened thereby, an upper face of a delivery guide 28 is exposed, and the jammed recording paper 2 can be removed by pulling out. |
