<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to accurately, easily and rapidly manufacture even a small-sized laminated structural body having thin soft layers by a method wherein constituent material for soft layer under fluid state is injected or forced among a plurality of rigid layers, which are laminated in advance at intervals, and, after that, hardened. CONSTITUTION:After spacers 1 and 2 are arranged in the molding space of a lower mold 4, steel plates 3 are fitted to the recessed parts 1a of the spacers 1 and, after that, the lower mold 4 is covered by an upper mold 7 so as to form a molding space by both the molds 7 and 4. Resin is poured in the molding space by injection and then hardened and, after that, demolded so as to remove the spacers 1 and 2 from a molded body. Further, since the peripheral edge part of the recessed part 2a of each spacer 2 indents in between the steel plates 3, the removal of the spacers 2 lefts semicircular grooves, each of which cuts between the steel plates 3 from the outer peripheral surface of a molded body. In order to fill resin also in the grooves, the molded body, which is taken out of the molds, is set extra in a mold for injecting resin. Thus, a structural body 20, in which the steel plates 3 and the soft layers 21 are alternately laminated to each other, is manufactured.</p> |
