PURPOSE:To make a lighting device thin and miniaturize it by connecting a power terminal to the connecting terminal of a terminal base section arranged on the side face of one terminal base, and connecting a lamp side to a load side terminal on a terminal base section arranged on the other terminal base. CONSTITUTION:Coil bobbins 24, 25 are arranged and wired in contact with or near a circuit board 8, thus the case 1 of a lighting device can be easily made flat and thin. A terminal base section 45 having a connecting hole and provided with a load side terminal connected to a lamp 33 inside is formed on a terminal base 41, the area for forming the connecting hole of the load side terminal can be made wide, a connecting terminal 59 connected to the load side terminal inserted into the connecting hole formed on the terminal base section 45 of the terminal base 41 is protruded in parallel below a connector 57 connected to the connecting hole of the terminal base section 45 of the terminal base 41, thus the case 1 can be made flat and thin even if many lead wires are connected to the fluorescent lamp 33. |
