PURPOSE:To obviate staining and the degradation in printing resistance and to eliminate the need for additional installation of a special coating part by electrostatically sticking the particles of a coating liquid contributing to a photosensitive layer electrified in an atomized state or the constitution of the photosensitive layer on a base. CONSTITUTION:The coating liquid of the photosensitive layer is atomized in an atomizing chamber 12 by an atomizer 11, such as spray nozzle, is made into the particles of the coating liquid of the photosensitive layer in the atomized state. The particles of the coating liquid of the photosensitive layer are carried by a carrier gas 10 and pass a transport pipe 5 from the atomizing chamber to a blow-off port 4 which is an aperture. The large-diameter particles among the particles of the coating liquid of the photosensitive layer collide against the walls of the atomizing chamber 12 and the transport pipe 5 before arriving at the blow-off port 4. The viscosity of the particles are increased by the evaporation of the solvent in the particles before arriving at the supply opening. The particles of the coating liquid of the photosensitive layer arriving at the blow-off port 4 are electrified by an electrode 7 and are electrostatically stuck to the base 1, by which the coating liquid of the photosensitive layer having ruggedness is formed on the surface of the base 1. |
