<p>PURPOSE:To perform dumping by storing all the music in a compact disk (CD) with long playing time exactly on a recording medium with recording time less than that by controlling variably adaptively the reproducing speed of the CD corresponding to the total playing time of the CD and that of the recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A system controller 11 finds the magnification of the reproducing speed of the CD 1 required for the storage of all the music in a tape by using the total playing time of the CD 1 and that of the tape 17 inputted from a tape recording time input key 15. Reproducing speed information is sent to a spindle servo 3, and a spindle motor 2 is controlled so as to set the reproducing speed of the CD 1 at the reproducing speed with obtained magnification. Thereby, by performing the dumping on the recording medium by using a CD reproducing signal time-compressed outputted from an output terminal for dumping for a CD player the dumping in which the total music in the CD with long playing time is exactly stored in the tape with recording time less than that is performed even though the tempo of the music is changed.</p> |
