<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently and exactly execute the menu change by changing in a lump a common menue of every user which is displayed at the time of executing a specific program having a user recognition processing function. CONSTITUTION:In a work station of a single user OS, in the case there is a change in a function opened to all users of a specific program having a user recognition processing function, a common menu is changed in a lump by an editor. This change is executed by a fact that a batch change program is actuated by the editor, and as for this menu change operation, once will suffice. Subsequently, the specific program having the user recognition processing function is executed, and a user's name and a password are inputted. By combining the changed common menu and an intrinsic menu peculiar to user obtained from the inputted user's name, a user's menu is generated and displayed automatically. In such a way, the change is executed efficiently and exactly.</p> |
