PURPOSE:To resolve a misdemand for the spot charge or the like by processing the picture taken in by a picture input part to generate discrimination data of an airplane and generating various data related to the use of a spot based on obtained discrimination data. CONSTITUTION:After the picture of an airplane 8 staying at a spot 7 is taken in by a picture input part 1 and is processed by a picture processing pat 2 to generate discrimination data of the airplane 8, various data related to the use of the spot are generated from discrimination data by an arithmetic processing pat 3 and are displayed on a display part 6. Consequently, the classification, the number, etc., of the spot-in/out airplane are automatically discriminated without mounting new devices on the airplane side, and thereby, a misdemand for the spot charge or the like is prevented and the burden to a clerk is considerably reduced. |
