<p>Thermoplastic branch saddle (6) for pipeline (1) being repaired or renovated having at least one branch pipe (2) connected to it via a branch pipe opening (2a) comprises a saddle plate (6') and a branch which are fitted into the branch pipe and opening from inside the pipeline. The saddle is divisible into two portions (20,22) comprising a saddle part (6',21) and a branch part (8,23) which are movable with respect to each other to enable transportation through the pipeline, the branch (8) projecting less than it will in its final accommodated state.</p> |
