PURPOSE:To allow a use to set or change freely as needed the position or order of each item of a telegraphic message managing information on the transmission telegraphic message by controlling a synthetic position according to the item position information for each item of the telegraphic message managing information. CONSTITUTION:When the telegraphic message is transmitted, the execution of transmitting the telegraphic message is indicated to a transmission telegraphic message managing part 15 by a main control part 24. Then, the picture information of the telegraphic message and the telegraphic message managing information are transferred from a telegraphic message storing part 20 and a telegraphic message managing information storing part 21 to the managing part 15. And also, the item position information is transferred from a management format storing part 22 to the managing part 15. When the character string of the telegraphic message managing information is synthesized to the picture information of the telegraphic message so that the transmission telegraphic message can be prepared by the managing part 15, the position of the character string of each item of the telegraphic message managing information is controlled according to the item position information. The prepared transmission telegraphic message is transferred through a transmission channel control part 16 to a facsimile transmission controlling part 17, and transferred successively or simultaneously to an address terminal according to a multi-address communication controlling process. The users can set and change freely the position or order of each item of the telegraphic message managing information on the transmission telegraphic message, by registering the item position information in a storing part 2 or changing it by a display/keyboard 2. |
