PURPOSE:To transmit a multi-address telegraphic message with telegraphic message managing information whose content is polite by taking out separately a necessary transmission originating name and an address name with an honorific from a storing means, and using this as the telegraphic message managing information of the multi-address telegraphic message. CONSTITUTION:A facsimile reception controlling part 1 transfers the content of the following telegraphic message through a reception channel controlling part 2 to a reception telegraphic message managing part 3. Then the managing part 3 stores this content in a telegraphic message storing part 10. Amain control part 4 takes out separately the address name and the transmission originating name, of the telegraphic message, from an address information storing part 91 of a terminal information storing part 9 and from a transmission originating information storing part 92, based on the information recognized by a mark sheet recognizing part 8. Then, the control part 4 adds the information such as reception date except for the content of the telegraphic message to this, and stores it in a telegraphic message managing information storing part 11 as the telegrphic message managing information. Afterwards, when the telegraphic message is transmitted, the main control part 4 takes out the telegraphic message and the telegraphic message managing information from a telegraphic message storing part 10 and the storing part 11, and transfers them to a transmission telegraphic message managing part 5, so that they can be defined as one multi-address telegraphic message. A transmission telegraphic message managing part 5 transfers the multi-address telegraphic message to which the telegraphic message managing information is added, through a transmission channel 6 to a facsimile transmission controlling part 7. |
