PURPOSE:To facilitate aditional installation and removal of switchboards by making gourd-shaped holes in the side panels of the switchboards, with the large-diameter sections large enough to pass a bolt, nuts, and washers, and passing the boss of the bolt through the small-diameter sections for prevention of pivoting. CONSTITUTION:Gourd-shaped connection holes 3 are made in the joined side panels 2-1 of an adjacent switchboards 1. The large-diameter sections 3' of the holes are large enough to pas a set bolt 10 comprising nuts, washers, and a bolt. The small-diameter sections 3'' joined to the large-diameter sections 3' are narrow enough not to make the boss of the set bolt 10 pivot. When the switchboards 1 are joined, the set bolt 10 is passed through the large- diameter sections 3' and pushed down to the small-diameter sections 3''. When the switchboards 1 are disjoined, the set bolt 10 is forced up and removed. Thereby the switchboards 1 are easily installed or removed without stopping existing apparatus. |
