FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: device has angle-section rectilinear shape base secured on support by bolts passed through holes in base and support and insulating bushings, and by nuts and washers, and brace welded to lower end of base and middle of beam one end of which is welded to base top. Pin is welded on other end of beam. Pin is provided with turned on insulator on which waveguide wire is secured. Eye welded from below is provided with shackle-pin connected with saddle by lock. Group earthing cable is fitted in saddle. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 7 dwg
