Pistons of cylinders have common side surface with horizontal and vertical apertures. Crank of shaft is arranged in vertical aperture and ends of shaft, in horizontal apertures. Crank journal is hinge-connected with middle of lever whose ends are connected with ends of carriers. Other ends of carriers are hinge connected with piston. Carriers are arranged at different sides of lever and are directed at angle of 45 degrees to lever. Ratio of carriers is 1/1.
