SUBSTANCE: the offered fire-extinguishing compound contains oxidizer in form of potassium nitrate and/or potassium perchlorate, or their mixture, hydrogen-fee fuel-carbon black, binding and cementitious agent in form of water glass or gypsum, or chalk, or their mixture. Oxidizer-fuel ratio is within (6.5-7.0):l. The mixture contains the following quantities of components, wt.%: oxidizer 58.5-77.0; fuel 9.0-11.0; binding and cementitious agent 12.0-32.5.
