<p>A material for an implant for treating damaged cartilage tissue, bone tissue, vascular tissue or nerve tissue, comprising a porous matrix of a biodegradable organic polymer with a bi-porous structure, is made by (I) forming a compsn. contg. (A) polymer(s), (B) granulate and (C) a first solvent for the polymer which is a non-solvent for the granulate, into the required shape, (II) removing the first solvent, and (III) washing out the granulate with a second solvent which is a non-solvent for the polymer. Before the second step, a third solvent, which is a solvent for the granulate, is added.</p> |
