The stroke sensor 10 of the clutch 3 is connected with the clutch actuator 9, and a position signal P is inputted into the clutch control unit 5. The learning timing signal TS is outputted from a neutral position detector 20 connected with a gear selector 21, and the learning data showing the learning meet signal position is obtained. The clutch temperature is estimated from the temperature estimation program assembled in the control unit 5, and when the temperature is below a prescribed value, learning is carried out, and the meet position data is corrected, and the influence in the temperature rise is prevented, and the clutch is correctly controlled.
