Plastic frame for posters with a rapid fastening mechanism through the action of an elastic spring with a plurality of sections of frame connected to form a polygonal structure suitable to hold a poster, a pictographic illustration or other similar publicity materials. Each section of frame comprises a lengthened fastening part which has a concave part in its end in order to facilitate the grip of the fastening part during the opening and closing of the section of frame. It has in addition a lengthened base part which forms a lengthened channel which operates to maintain a supporting member in a securable manner in the same. It also comprises a first part of an elastic hinge which connects the fastening part and the base part, and a rigid tensioning member located between the second and third hinges, which are also connected to the fastening and base parts, respectively. <IMAGE>
