<p>It is composed of: a principal pulley where the drive shaft is located, an endless tube which is submerged, in part, in a pool, and a free pulley located in the bottom of the pool. The ascending branch of the principal pulley is submerged in the water and the descending branch is not. There is a brake on the principal pulley and another on the tube entering the pool. There is an air circuit which is regulated with a valve. The closed-circuit inverted head of water converts the energy of gravity, buoyancy and compression (gain of space) into mechanical or electrical energy. <IMAGE></p> |
