The invention relates to a ski having a core and at least one upper and one lower covering layer. Recessed on the upper side of the core are grooves for receiving parts for attachment screws of a ski binding. The receiving parts consist in each case of a rigid retaining part and an elastic cover surrounding the latter. Resting on the receiving part is a spacer element which serves as a support for the baseplate of a ski binding. In order to facilitate the mounting of the ski binding, each retaining part (22) has at least one portion (23) bent upwards which extends at least up to the underside (9) of the upper covering layer (5) of the ski (1) in the mounted state of the receiving part. ��
