PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change delay at high speed without generating any noise by knowing the change of delay coefficient, holding a non-changed coefficient, outputting a 1st signal delaying an input signal from the outside just for the delay designated by the non-changed coefficient and a 2nd signal delaying the input signal just for the delay designated by the changed coefficient, and mixing both signals. SOLUTION: A delay change detecting means 11 checks whether the delay coefficient from the outside is changed from the delay coefficient perceding for one sampling cycle or not and outputs the result as a delay quantity change detecting signal A. When the delay coefficient from the outside is not changed, this delay change detecting signal A becomes '0' but when the delay is changed, this signal becomes '1'. When the delay from the outside is changed, a delay detecting means holes the delay coefficient before that change. A cross fade mixing means 13 outputs the input signal after delaying it corresponding to the delay to be changed. |
