<p>PURPOSE:To form air spaces and to provide cushioning properties to a container by constituting the title mold of a female mold wherein a number of intake vents are perforated on the wall of a cavity and a male mold which forwards in the cavity of the female mold and presses and heat-seals two pieces of films on the part except grooves for forming air spaces on the wall face of the cavity. CONSTITUTION:Air is sucked from a cavity 21 of a female mold 11, a film on the outer side is adsorbed on the wall face of the cavity 21. Of course, this film is tightly adhered on both recessed grooves 22 for molding air spaces and the wall face which is not a groove. Then, a core 31 of a male mold 12 begins to be forwarded into the cavity 21 and a film 14 on the inner side is pushed in the female mold 11. When the core 31 is completely forwarded in the cavity 21, as the two films 13 and 14 are pressed by the wall face of the core 31 and the wall face except the recessed grooves 22 of the cavity 21, the two films 13 and 14 are thereby partly heat-sealed. As only the parts corresponding to the recessed grooves 22 are not heat-sealed, caves are formed between the two films 13 and 14 to form air spaces.</p> |
