PURPOSE:To provide a coffee extractor which reduces an amount of generating fine powder and increases a regulation range of concentration by forming a slit through which bean particles produced by cutting in a beans cutting chamber by a cutter pass, and regulating the width of the slit. CONSTITUTION:Roasted coffee beans only in an amount necessary to drink are charged in a beans storage chamber 2, and the necessary number of cups of water is set in a water tank 9. By pressing the start key of a body l, a cutter 4 is rotated at a high speed of 2000-3000 rpm, and the beans are cut in a cutting chamber 3. In this cutting, an amount of heating on beans to be cut is extremely reduced due to a fact that a cutter 4 is vertically rotated, the cutter 4 is arranged in a slit 7 and the cutter 4 is formed in a flat plateform shape and has a sharp blade, and as a result, an amount of generating fine power is reduced to a very low value. Extraction of coffee is effected by an extracting part 8, fine particles are prevented from a drop to a server 12 by means of a paper filter 14 and clear coffee is produced. |
