<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent the dielectric breakdown of a rectifier diode and stabilize output current by installing a diode mounting base made of high dielectric constant resin between a secondary coil of a step-up transformer and grounding potential material and laying out a plurality of rectifier diodes connected in serial on the base so tat it may face the secondary coil of the step-up transformer. CONSTITUTION:The voltage share in a trnsformer vessel 39 of a step-up transformer 32 takes place between a transformer coil 37, a diode mounting base 41 and an inner wall surface 39a of a transformer vessel 39 which comprises a grounding potential material. The diode mounting base 41 shares higher voltage since its dielectric constant is higher. The transformer coil 37, the inner wall surface 39 of the transformer vessel 39, and the diode mounting base 41 are laid out in parallel with each other. Therefore, the voltage on the surface of the diode mounting base 41 is equalized. As a result, the voltage share of rectifier diodes 34 can be equalized by laying out the rectifier diodes connected in serial on the diode mounting base 41. It is, therefore, possible to prevent the dielectric breakdown of the rectifier diodes 34 induced by the variation in the voltage share which are often generated previously.</p> |
