<p>PURPOSE:To aim at compactness and cost reduction through implementing countermeasures against noise of a current block with filter region by incorporating a solid electrode in a multi-layer circuit to electrically contact with the solid electrode and a metal case, and by covering the circuit region except for filter region with the metal case. CONSTITUTION:A solid electrode 6 (an electrode forming a thick film conductor on almost all over a substrate) is incorporated in a multi-layer circuit board 5. With the electrode 6 as a border, filter region 3 is packaged on one side of the multi-layer circuit board 5, and circuit region 2 except for the filter region is packaged on the other side of the board. In addition, a metal case 4 put over the circuit region 2, and the metal case 4 is electrically contacted with the solid electrode 6. Therefore, the circuit region 2 except for the filter region is sealed by the metal case 4 and the solid electrode 6. Furthermore, doughnut-shaped margin 10 (part having no conductor) is formed in a part of the solid electrode 6. When the inside electrode is used as a through-hole electrode 11, and short circuiting with the solid electrode 6 is prevented, it is possible to connect the filter region 3 and the circuit region 2 except for the filter region in an extremely short distance.</p> |
