FLOOD SCREW

The propeller is used in transport mechanical engineering and more particularly in the ship building and airplane building industries, in sailing transportation machines, wheel vehicles and in other transport machines. In operation the propeller features an increased interaction of the blades with the fluid stream and fluid homogenisation. The propeller consists of a shaft with a boss (2) mounted on bearings in the body (1); radial blades (3) are attached to the shaft and between the blades there are uniformly attached additional radial blades (4) with longitudinal openings which are equal in width and height (length) the radial blades (3); in such a way all the blades (3 and 4) are attached radially to the shaft of the boss (2). In a variant design the shaft (2) is hollow and the radial blades (3) are mounted on an additional shaft (7), which is inserted coaxially in shaft (2). The angle of inclination of the additional radial blades (4) is reversely positioned to the angle of inclination of the radial blades (3). In a different design solution at least one of the two shafts (2 and 7) is rigidly fixed in respect to the other.
