PURPOSE:To obtain a stable dimensional accuracy and one-piece strength by mixing a proper amount of powder epoxy resin curing agent and a calcium stearate into an ultra-rapidly cooled powder of a rare-earth element iron alloy including capsule for forming in one piece with a supporting member and then performing heating curing. CONSTITUTION:At a room temperature with an epoxy equivalent weight of 600-700, a solid bisphenos A diglycidyl ether 2-5 parts by weight, a rare-earth iron alloy ultra- rapidly-cooling powder 93-96 parts by weight, and a capsule 1-2 parts by weight which includes liquid epoxy resin which is equal to or less than 300 epoxy part by weight are chosen as granular chemical intermediates, a proper amount of powder epoxy resin curing agent and a lubricant 0.2-0.5 parts by weight are mixed to the chemical intermediate 100 parts by weight, a compound is formed in one place with a supporting member, and a green body and the supporting member are turned into a rigid body in one piece by performing heating and curing of the resin constituent. An ultra-rapidly- cooled powder of rare-earth element alloy is a permanent magnet material in metastable condition which shares R2-TM14 B phase and an amorphous phase by performing ultra-rapidly cooling of the rare-earth element iron alloy by the melt spinning method. |
