The present invention relates to a stopper for a flexible bag. This stopper for a flexible bag holding sterile contents comprises at least one passage ensuring communication between the inside and the outside of the bag, and is capable of being introduced into and fixed in the said passage by a sleeve tube (21) which it includes, the said sleeve tube being closed at its end remote from that for introduction in the passage, and prior to this introduction, by a cap (25) which is heat-sealed on a flange (26) of the said sleeve tube.
