摘要 PURPOSE:To make mass production of magnetic wire having different coercive forces in the same wire and indicating a steep change in magnetic density possible holding stable characteristics by elongating a wire rod that is being drawn out while rotating a dice and the wire rod in the directions relatively reverse to each other. CONSTITUTION:From an alloy with a composition of V13.5-Co49-Fe37.5 in terms of weight percent, phi0.7mm wire rod is produced by means of wire drawing, is annealed in hydrogen at 850 deg.C for 30 minutes, and then is quenched by water. Next, one from the five types of dices shown in Table I is used to draw out a wire rod sequentially holding the dice fixed while twisting the wire rod at a rate of 1 turn/10cm. Further, while a tension of 39kg/mm<2> is kept applied to the wire rod, it is put into a furnace magnetically kept coerced at a temperature of 350 deg.C and is magnetically coerced for 5 seconds, and then it is taken out to the atmosphere for quenching. With this, a wire rod can be prepared that has the uniaxial anisotropy that the axial direction of the wire rod is an easy axis even after the tension applied to the wire rod is released and that shows a large Barkhousen jump.
