PURPOSE:To make IC easy to manufacture magnetic wire having stable magnetic characteristics by winding magnetic wire with a predetermined diameter so as to form a coil, followed by elongating the magnetic coil under the yield stress of the magnetic wire to deform the coil by twisiting around the axis of the magnetic wire. CONSTITUTION:From an alloy with a composition of V13.5-Co49Fe37.5 in terms of weight percent, #0.96m wire rod is produced by means of wire drawing, is annealed in hydrogen at 850 deg.C for 30 minutes, and then is quenched by water. After that, the wire rod is drawn further into phi0.25mm to be stranded. Next, this stranded wire is wound closely round a phi1.5mm stainless steel bar for 41 times to prepare a 41T-time wound coil in a length of + or -12.7mm and then the coil is lengthened to a whole length of 40mm and fixed. With this, the stranded wire can be easily prepared that shows a big Barkhausen jump without executing twist treatment, tension application, etc. |
