摘要 FIELD: electronic engineering; multichannel photoelectronic multipliers. SUBSTANCE: system has dynodes in the form of plates each provided with N holes, where N is number of multiplying-system channels. Each dynode is formed by two plates pressed to each other; one of them is emitting plate and other is field-forming one. Emitting plate has N identical sections in the form of funnels with holes in their tops. Field-forming plate has N holes and N screens bent out at right angle; screens of one channel of multiplying system are located in same plane. Dynodes are arranged one under other so that holes in field-forming plate of i-th dynode are on one side of screen and those in field-forming plate of (i + 1)-th dynode, on other side of screen; screens of field-forming plate of i-th dynode enter with their ends holes of emitting plate of (i + 1)-th dynode.
