END SEAL

摘要

FIELD: sealing devices for revolving shafts of pumps and equipment; chemical, oil refining and other industries. SUBSTANCE: end seal is provided with annular groove on side of sealing chamber on outer section of working surface of revolving ring. Fitted in this groove is additional ring loaded with spring in axial direction; this ring is sealed in radial direction and is movable in axial direction, thus excluding opening of inner joint and consequently reducing leakage through seal. EFFECT: reduced leakage of liquid through seal. 3 dwga
