<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the setting and conveyance of a sheet of paper from any hindrance by installing a rotation detecting means which detects the presence of the paper as rotating in contact with the skew paper in both directions, the conveying direction of the paper and the paper inserting direction orthogonal with the former. CONSTITUTION:A rotation detecting means 1000 is obliquely set up in the conveying direction of paper P and the paper inserting direction orthogonal with the former. Accordingly, at time of inserting the paper P into a paper storage part and vice versa, its friction with the paper P becomes lessened, so that the conveyance and insertion of the paper P can be done without any hindrance. In addition, since a detecting part of the rotation detecting means 1000 supports a turning piece 1003 in contact with the paper P at a spot short of the paper inserting direction, rotation of this rotating piece 1003 at time of the conveyance and inserting of the paper P is smoothed and, what is more, damage or the like to the rotating piece 1003 is eliminated, thus stable operation is brought into full play.</p> |
