PURPOSE:To offer convenience of a facsimile terminal caller subscriber by generating a facsimile transmission document automatically in the inside of a communication network and outputting the document to a called party facsimile terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A communication document sent from a sender facsimile terminal equipment 1 to a communication network 3 is once stored in a storage device 31. In this case, a central controller 32 transfers information such as count of number of sheets of the communication document to be stored, identification of title, and retrieval of registered information to a synthesizer 33. The synthesizer 33 receives a document form from the storage device 31 and synthesizes the form with the information such as count of number of sheets of the communication document to be stored, identification of title, and retrieval of registered information sent from the controller 32. A converter 34 receives the synthesis result by the synthesizer 33 to generate a facsimile transmission document. Then the communication document is outputted in succession to the transmission document. Thus, the facsimile transmission document is generated automatically to afford convenience to the user. |
