<p>PURPOSE:To provide a card freely rewriting data display by providing a thermal transfer printing surface to at least one surface of the card. CONSTITUTION:A printing layer 3 and a protective layer 4 are laminated to one surface of a base material 2. A magnetic layer 5 due to magnetic coating, the shielding layer 6 protecting the same and the printing layer 7 applied thereto are laminated to the other surface of the base material 2. A part of the protective layer 4 and printing layer 3 on one surface 1a of this magnetic card is removed to provide a small window 14 and the printing surface 8 exposed from a part of the base material 2 is provided within the small window 14. The magnetic card 1 is inserted in a card processing apparatus to read the magnetic data of the magnetic layer 5 and new data is written and a part of the new data can be printed by a thermal transfer printing apparatus.</p> |
