<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a fermenter, provided with a check valve to be opened in a specific case at a position of a blowing pipe in a part in the fermenter and above the liquid surface in parallel to the blowing pipe without flowing back a liquid in the fermenter even if any pressure difference is caused in the fermenter and the surrounding pipes. CONSTITUTION:Operating valves (5a), (5b) and (5c) are respectively attached to parts of a blowing pipe 2, connected from the outside of a fermenter 1 to the inside thereof and having a discharge port located in a liquid 8 in the fermenter 1 on the outside thereof, a fermenter pressure holding pipe 3 and a vent pipe 4 on the outside of the fermenter 1. A check valve 6 to be opened only in the direction of flowing a gas on the side of the fermenter body 1 into the side of the blowing pipe 2 is simultaneously attached to a position above the liquid surface in parallel to the blowing pipe 2 in the fermenter. Thereby, if the pressure in the upper part 7 of the fermenter is higher than that in the blowing pipe 2, the check valve 6 is opened to eliminate the pressure difference between both. As a result, backflow of the liquid is eliminated. Furthermore, in the reverse case, the check valve 6 can be closed to blow high-pressure steam therein.</p> |
