<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a succession of abnormal operation and to improve safety by cutting off the supply of a power-source voltage when the voltage between the dust collecting electrodes detected by a voltage detecting means is decreased below the predetermined reference value. CONSTITUTION:The contaminated air is passed between dust collecting electrodes 14, cleaned and circulated. The voltage between the electrodes 14 is detected by a voltage detecting means consisting of bleeder resistances 20 and 22. A cutoff means 50 consists of a comparator 26, a threshold voltage circuit 24, switching means 28 and 30, an electromagnetic coil 32, etc., and the supply of the power-source voltage from a high-voltage power source 12 is cut off when the voltage detected by the voltage detecting means is decreased below the predetermined reference value. Consequently, a succession of abnormal operation is eliminated, and safety is improved.</p> |
