PURPOSE:To obtain a stable hydrocarbon halide-water emulsion by adding a nonion surfactant having a specified composition by a certain proportion to a hydrocarbon halide-water emulsion. CONSTITUTION:A nonion surfactant having a specified composition is added by >2.3vol.% to the total liquid amt. to a hydrocarbon halide-water emulsion. The nonion surfactant consists of 28 - 32vol.% sorbitan oleic acid ester (HLB 4.3), 63 - 67vol.% of polyoxyethylene oleyl ether (HLB 8.0), and 3 - 7vol.% fatty acid diethanolamide. The obtd. fluorocarbon-water emulsion has significant stability and can be used for industrial purpose. |
