<p>NEW MATERIAL:A monoclonal antibody capable of binding to membrane cofactor protein. USE:A reagent for quantifying membrane cofactor protein, an antineoplastic agent. PREPARATION:For example, human membrane cofactor protein is administered to mice to effect immunization, and the resultant splenic cells are fused with myeloma cells followed by incubation in a HAT medium, the antibody titer to membrane cofactor protein is determined and positive clone is selected, and then said medium is replaced by a normal medium and cloning is repeated to effect monoclonal modification of the hybridoma, the resulting hybridoma is incubated in a medium, or, put to mouse peritoneal infusion to effect ascites canceration, resulting in the accumulation of antibody in the cultured product or the ascites, followed by separating and purifying the antibody, thus obtaining the objective monoclonal antibody.</p> |
