<p>PURPOSE:To uniformly give adhesive strength, a damping property, and the like by applying resin on one metal sheet strip surface, and then conducting it to a preheating furnace, and positioning heat insulating bodies on both end parts of the metal strip width direction so as to heat the resin in the width directional part, and further disposing the other metal strip on the resin surface, and compression bonding them thereafter. CONSTITUTION:A metal strip 2 from a rewinding reel 1 is rewound and, by the use of resin applying device 3, conductive filler-added resin is applied on the width directional center part or both end parts in one surface of the metal strip 2 and, on the other part, no filler- added resin is applied. Next, it is conducted to a preheating furnace 4 and, in the case of inputting heat more in the width central part than in the both end parts, both end parts of the metal strip 2 is covered with a heat insulating bodies 5 at the front step in order to increase the input heat in the central part. After a solvent in the resin is removed uniformly in the width direction of the metal strip 2, heat input is effected uniformly to the whole by means of a heater 6a at the rear step and, in the next place, it is conducted to compression rolls 7, and the other metal strip 2a is rewound from a rewinding reel 1a and then introduced to the compression rolls 7 in order to be positioned on the resin surface of the metal strip 2 for being compression-bonded into uniformly adhesive strength in the width direction, as a result, it is made into a resin sandwich metal strip 2 and, after that, it is cooled in a cooling device 8 and then wound round a winding roll 10.</p> |
