<p>PURPOSE:To make an inputted coordinate position and image display position same and to obtain a small and simple display device by connecting driving drivers serving also as display and tablet detection, to both ends of first and second scanning lines. CONSTITUTION:In a tablet mode, a matrix arrangement is made by X and Y driving lines 6 and 7, a loop current is caused to flow in each of the driving lines, and an input pen 3 detects its magnetic flux by means of electromagnetic induction. Display data is inputted to a display control circuit 18 and is outputted to Ya and Yb driving drivers 23 and 24 by a switching control circuit 20 during a display period for one frame. A display mode executes display or non-display according to a condition where a pulse voltage is applied at the matrix-intersection of line scanning an an X Direction. By connecting the driving drivers used for display and tablet detection to both the ends of the scanning lines X and Y, the constitution of the device can be made simple.</p> |
