PURPOSE:To simplify the forming process of an insulating layer by a method wherein an insulating material is evenly applied on one surface of a continuous resin tape to manufacture an insulating resin tape and the insulating material only on the insulating resin tape is cut, is sucked to place on a substrate and is heated and pressed to fire. CONSTITUTION:An insulating resin tape 1 is manufactured by applying an insulating material 1b of a prescribed thickness on one surface of a continuous resin tape 1a in a uniform thickness. The tape 1 is guided on a pedestal 2, is sent out in order and when the tape 1 is sent out by a prescribed amount, a cutter 3 is moved downward to cut the material 1b of the tape 1 in a prescribed length. The material 1b is sucked to the tip part of a negative pressure nozzle 4 and is pulled up from the upper part of the tape 1a. The material 1b is moved on a substrate 5 and is placed on an insulating layer formation part on the substrate 5. Heating and pressing processes are performed for fixing the material 1b on the substrate 5. Then, with the material 1b placed on a lower conductor layer 6 sintered and fixed on the substrate 5, an organic solvent being contained in the material 1b is made to volatilize. |
