FROZEN NONDAIRY DESERT

PURPOSE: To obtain a nondairy frozen dessert with good state and touch by using a rapidly frozen banana as a base which is kneaded and frothed to obtain an effective overrun. CONSTITUTION: At least one kind of ripe banana is peeled, rapidly frozen and kneaded to form a pudding, into which air is introduced to obtain an aerated kneaded banana substantially having 135 to 185% overrun. The obtd. banana by is blended by 100 to 66% with additional fruits by 0 to 34% and at least one kinds of flavorant selected from 0 to 12% nutmeat and 0 to 1% flavoring oil to obtain a nondairy frozen dessert compsn.
